This document outlines the terms and conditions governing use of the 27b platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 27b platform in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 27b platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, as well as any related policies published by 27b from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 27b platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use any services on this platform.

Important Note: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the 27b platform. Please ensure you fully understand this content before continuing to use the platform.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 27b platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration — including full name, ID number, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, current, and truthful.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report a compromised password to us through our customer support channel. 27b is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account secure.

User responsibilities include the following:

You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia governing the use of online entertainment platforms.
Not using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the system, games, or other users' accounts.
Providing accurate and truthful information during the identity verification (KYC) process when required.
Ensuring that funds used for deposits are your own legitimate funds and do not belong to any third party.

3. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the 27b platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You can make deposits using available payment methods, including FPX (Malaysian online banking) and supported local e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may change from time to time in accordance with platform policy.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 27b account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Processing times depend on the chosen method and your account verification status — users who have completed the KYC process will enjoy faster processing.

Important information regarding transactions:

27b reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify identity and source of funds before approving any withdrawal.
Deposits cannot be reversed once processed. Please ensure your payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.
In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, 27b reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold funds pending investigation.
Any taxes or charges imposed by your financial institution are your sole responsibility. 27b does not cover any third-party processing fees.

4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 27b and its associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 27b makes no express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, usability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Account Suspension & Closure

27b reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or for legal compliance reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to any compensation. Remaining funds in accounts closed for legitimate reasons (not involving a breach) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 27b platform — including designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 27b or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 27b. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The 27b platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 27b is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Links provided are for user convenience only and do not imply endorsement or approval by 27b.

5. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Right to Amend Terms

27b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
